Design & Development

We guide you through the entire process, from the idea to the finished plastic component. This includes 3D article design and simulation, CAD article design, 3D printing options, prototype testing, tool development and finally the finished series part.

Modern and powerful CAD/CAM technologies and simulation software are the prerequisite for efficient production and quality to meet the highest demands. Our experts are able to process all of our customers' standard file formats and identify potential sources of error at an early stage.

In order to be able to offer our customers prototypes, design drafts and devices for production or components for functional tests and small plastic series, we have also been cooperating with the start-up company "Generapid - Additive Manufacturing" for several years now. We have approximately 50 3D printers for use in additive manufacturing located directly in our Company premises. This ensures short distances and attractive cooperation opportunities.
