As a medium-sized family business in the plastics industry, it has always been important to us to have qualified and motivated employees on board.

We are particularly pleased when colleagues want to expand their skills and advance their careers with us.

Lars Scheffler and Nadine Grimme are just two of them. Nadine, who has been with us since 2017, has just successfully completed retraining as a plant and machine operator. "I'm delighted about this and could imagine pursuing further training in the future," says Nadine.

Lars, who has been with us for seven years, has successfully completed his training as a plastics and rubber technologist. "I think it's great that Burwinkel made this possible for me," says Lars.
